If you're unsure where to begin...
Being a new mom is tough, and it's really common to feel like you're not doing a good job.
Trust me, you're not alone. Did you know that 1 in 3 new moms experience postpartum anxiety and/or depression (yes, sometimes it’s both)? But here's the thing: only 20% of them actually get help. That's a lot of moms out there suffering in silence.
Can I ease your mind? You don't have to be one of them. My name is Kayla, and I'm a therapist for moms specializing in helping new moms like you regulate your emotions and rediscover your authentic (brave, playful, audacious, unapologetic) self. I've been through it myself, so I know how hard it can be. I also know that things can get better if you reach out for help.
I will not judge or criticize you for anything you tell me. I've heard it all, from pure exhaustion to rage to dark thoughts. Remember, things will get better, but only if you seek help.

It's not easy to regulate your emotions when you are a new mom BUT the least effective way to feel more chill is to keep scrolling.
Art as therapy is for new moms who feel overwhelmed and want to relax and find moments of peace.
➤ Have more capacity for the incessant demands of newborns.
➤ Rediscover your authentic (brave, playful, audacious, unapologetic) identity.
➤ Support your child's nervous system by developing your own regulation skills.
"Kayla has been my lifeline since my PPD diagnosis. Her expressive art therapy has played a pivotal role in my recovery. There's hope, a way out, and your current struggles won't last."
Emotional regulation starts here
It is proven that when mom is regulated, she has less guilt and more capacity and resilience in tough moments. When regulated, she doesn't resent bedtime, her mind is calmer, and she knows who she is what she needs.
